Silk Road Star has been invited to attend the exchange symposium organized by the Shenyang Municipal Government’s Beijing Office and its alumni association as well as business chamber.
On April 27,2026, the Shenyang Municipal Government’s Beijing Office organized a symposium with alumni associations and chambers of commerce in Beijing, aiming to create a platform for efficient networking between Shenyang-born alumni and entrepreneurs based in Beijing and their hometown. Zhao Xue, Chairman of Silk Road Star, was invited as a representative of outstanding Shenyang-based entrepreneurs in Beijing and the Northeast Yucai Alumni Association, where she delivered a keynote speech outlining her company’s global expansion strategy and plans to contribute to her hometown’s revitalization.

Fostering hometown sentiments and jointly charting a new chapter of revitalization. This symposium was chaired by Shao Wenlian, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shenyang Municipal Government Office in Beijing, bringing together representatives from alumni associations of several universities in Beijing, including Northeastern University and Liaoning University, as well as numerous elites from the Beijing-Shenyang Enterprise Chamber of Commerce. The meeting aimed to deepen collaboration between Beijing and Shenyang and facilitate talent return and project implementation. In her speech, Ms.Zhao affectionately recalled her deep attachment to her hometown as a native of Shenyang. She stated, “It is a great honor to be invited to this symposium and share hometown sentiments with fellow Shenyang natives and business peers in Beijing. The platform established by the Shenyang Municipal Government Office in Beijing and the Beijing-Shenyang Enterprise Chamber of Commerce has provided us, Shenyang natives striving elsewhere, with a spiritual home and a career haven.” Global expansion and empowering hometowns to go global. As a comprehensive enterprise operating under the core model of “investment-driven + trade-linked,” Silk Road Star leverages Hong Kong’s international hub status and mainland industrial advantages to cover key markets along the Belt and Road. Ms.Zhao noted that as Chinese enterprises navigate the challenging phase of transitioning from “product export” to “ecosystem development,” Silk Road Star is committed to becoming a capital bridge connecting China with the world through dual drivers of cross-border trade and technology investment.
When discussing ways to give back to his hometown, General Manager Zhao proposed a concrete “Direct Access to Global Markets” initiative: “Shenyang boasts a comprehensive industrial ecosystem and robust scientific and educational resources. Silk Road Star aims to leverage its global network to help local premium products, advanced equipment, and technical services expand into Russian-speaking regions, Central Asia, and the Middle East markets, while facilitating the investment of overseas capital and high-quality projects in Shenyang, achieving mutual benefits.”

Seizing the opportunities presented by computing power development, we will jointly build a digital Shenyang. In line with emerging trends in the digital economy for 2026, Ms.Zhao emphasized the “computing-power synergy” strategy in her speech. She noted that “computing power ultimately depends on electricity supply” has become an industry consensus, and Silk Road Star is committed to establishing an integrated business ecosystem combining power, computing power, and data traffic.
This strategic layout aligns closely with Shenyang’s development vision of “Digital Shenyang, a Leading City in Intelligent Manufacturing.” Mr.Zhao stated, “Shenyang boasts strong foundations in computing infrastructure and intelligent manufacturing. We look forward to deep collaboration with our hometown in areas such as coordinated computing-electricity new infrastructure and cross-border digital services, transforming Shenyang’s industrial and technological strengths into competitive advantages in the global market.”
Working hand in hand to forge a shared future, Mr.Zhao concluded the meeting by expressing Silk Road Starlight’s firm commitment to cooperation: “Going forward, we will use our deep connection to our hometown as a bridge, expand globally as our wings, and take revitalization as our mission; together with our colleagues in Beijing, we will build a collaborative development community, actively invest back in our homeland, and contribute to Shenyang’s comprehensive revitalization in the new era.”
This symposium not only strengthened the emotional bonds between entrepreneurs in Beijing and their hometowns, but also provided clear guidance for companies like Silk Road Star to contribute to local development. Silk Road Star will continue to uphold its mission of “connecting the world and serving our hometown,” leveraging a global perspective and innovative capabilities to support Shenyang’s steady progress on the path of high-quality development.
